Since signing a MoU with SKT of Korea in 2018, Keysight Technologies has been solidifying its partnership by performing 5G test solution performance verification, etc., and is currently collaborating on the development of 5G network design technologies. In addition, Keysight Technologies is pursuing to secure leadership in the standardization and commercialization stage of 6G mobile communication and carry out technological cooperation in the future by signing a three-party MoU with LG Electronics and KAIST for the development of 6G core technologies.

In 2022, Keysight Technologies also signed a MoU with Samsung Electronics for research and development of 6G technology, which is also to develop test and verification technology for 6G wireless systems. 

In addition, Keysight Technologies took the lead in the 6G initiative by obtaining the industry's first FCC Spectrum Horizon license for the development of sub-terahertz 6G technology.

Keysight Technologies said, "With the FCC Spectrum Horizon license, we will be able to focus more on 6G technologies and lead innovators to explore new areas of future-generation communication systems."

As such, Keysight Technologies is collaborating with various research/educational institutions and companies in Korea to enhance its communication technology expertise.
